Refund policy

If the size isn't right, we'll fix it. Exchanges are offered on all unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Email letsroll@morejiujitsu.com with your order number and the size you need — we'll send you a return address and walk you through it. Once your item arrives with us, the replacement ships within two business days.

Changed your mind? Unworn, unwashed items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Return postage for change-of-mind returns and size exchanges is at the customer's cost. We recommend a tracked service — items remain your responsibility until they reach us.

Faulty items

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, doesn't match its description, or isn't of acceptable quality, you're entitled to a replacement or refund — including reasonable return postage, which we cover. Email letsroll@morejiujitsu.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll make it right.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of the returned item reaching us.

Cancellations

Need to cancel? Email letsroll@morejiujitsu.com as soon as you can. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full. Once it's shipped, it falls under our returns policy above.
